     Personal Myth: A Creative Exploration
Workshop location: Crooked Tree Arts Council, Petoskey, Michigan
       Info/Sign Up

"I asked myself, 'What is the myth I am living?' and found that I did not know. So I took it upon myself to get to know 'my' myth, and I regarded this as the task of tasks... I simply had to know what unconscious or preconscious myth was forming me." - Carl Jung
This five-day course will creatively explore ways in which we may experience the mythological aspects of our life stories through the images we make and the stories we tell. Using the imagery and soulful energies of myths and fairy tales, we will create, imagine, explore and discuss our own personal narratives.
